Inaugration of the workshop by Sh. Jagdish Mohan Rawat , DC & Director of KVS ZIET Chandigarh  Lecture by Dr. Anil Kumar Gugnani, HOD of In service education, SCERT, Chandigarh on Role of Libraries in 21st Century for facilitating teaching learning.  Lecture by Dr. Seema Vasishta , Sr. Librarian, Central Library, PEC University of Technology on the topic Five Laws of Dr. Ranganthan: Valued Tradition & New Perspective for the 21st Century.  Lecture by Dr. Rupak Chakravarty , Assistant Prof. Dept of Library, PU. on the topic Library Website. In his lecture, he taught us simple, easy and free approaches to make a website .  Lecture by Dr. Neeraj Kumar Singh , Assistant Librarian, AC Joshi Library (P.U.) on the topic Emerging Trends and Technologies in the LIS. Students were sensitized for saving paper and forest wealth of the country. 183 students participated in the campaign and donated/ deposited their used books with the teachers. 1st April was celebrated as Green Day and after delivering a lecture on wastage being done on paper and dire need to reduce and reuse it. Used books were donated to the users and students were appreciated and will be awarded with Green Crusader's Certificate.

Indian Library Association declared 14 November as National Library Day. Since 1968, 14-21 Nov has been celebrated as National Library week all over India and various programs are organized to let the public know about the libraries. In keeping the tradition and in honor the National Library Week, Our Vidyalaya Library celebrated the National Library Week. Various Programmes were conducted  in connected with celebration. Monday 16 Nov 2015 The celebration began on 16 November, as 14 and 15 November were holiday. The program started with the speech by the Librarian, Ms. Monika Manav on the topic creating awareness about the library and its importance. Ms. Garima Arora, Officiating Incharge (A.S.Meena Principal was on official duty) invited for the inauguration. Ms. Garima Arora gave all the best wishes for the initiative taken by the library and extended his full support and guidance for the whole events. In this Actvity school's library previous years old magazines (after their normal retention period ) exhibited in the school library. All the students and staff allowed to purchase the magazines of their own choice at the normal cost of Rs 2/-
